Captain Donnie VanDyke
Born and raised in South Florida, Captain Donnie VanDyke grew up on his grandfather Don VanDyke's legendary fishing boats, The Mickey Finn and The Hard Jerk, where his passion for life on the water began. Raised in a commercial fishing family, Donnie developed the knowledge, work ethic, and love for fishing that still drives him today.
Fishing Lake Okeechobee since the age of 7, Captain Donnie has spent decades mastering its waters. He is a tournament winner, former Angler of the Year, and a fully licensed United States Coast Guard captain and guide.
Whether you're chasing trophy largemouth bass, catching speckled perch and bluegill, or enjoying a relaxing day on the lake with family and friends, you're in experienced hands with Captain D.
